Society would have you believe that in this time of reccession, Violence would spike, i havent seen any thing to support that claim, What i have seen is that in sandiego gang violence has dropped 17%. Why is this? Is it because parents are talking with their kids. Or maybe their is light at the end of the tunnell after all.
